Catering for any occasion from 2 to 2000 guests, we provide full event handling and organisation, marquees,
lighting, mobile bar, dance floors and decoration.
We can provide quality china and cutlery, napkins to suite your colour scheme, white linen tablecloths,
experienced uniformed waiting staff, chefs and refrigeration on site if required.
Our customers are increasingly interested in the benefits of eating organically and cooking with items grown
without the use of pesticides. We are currently working to identify vendors who can provide organic fruits,
vegetables and other items, so that we can develop a full range of organic recipes and menus.
Our professional waiter service will add a touch of class to your party, discretely bringing you the very best in
fine foods and drink. We prepare everything on and off site to the highest of standards, then when it's all
over, we'll clean up the mess.

Drawing on the expertise and enthusiasm of our experienced and valued staff, Hoboken Catering can promise

The prices quoted include all the barbecuing equipment, chefs, waiting staff, all necessary china, cutlery,
linen for the buffet tables, and refrigeration on site. The china and equipment would be delivered the day
before and collected the day after, except on weekends where it would be delivered Friday and collected
Monday. Everything is returned dirty, no washing up!
